Fair for You is a Community Interest Company (CIC) wholly owned by the Fair Credit Charity. The Charity’s objectives are to relieve financial hardship and prevent poverty.
Since its formation in 2015, Fair for You CIC has grown steadily. To date, the company has provided
375,000 loans (totalling £85m) to 100,000 customers across the UK; generating an estimated £1bn of
social value.
We are seeking a Credit Analyst with a technical background. By joining a small team, you will help shape Fair for You’s credit strategy directly influencing our ability to deliver affordable credit to low-income households. This role reports directly to the Chief Credit Officer.
We’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about our mission, driven to innovate and create change,
and ready to jump into hands-on work. The ideal candidate will discover real possibilities for career progression
