    Salary: £32,000 per annum, 35hrs a week

    Are you ready to help launch something incredible in the heart of Catford?

    GCDA is looking for passionate, experienced, dynamic, and community-driven Assistant Managers to help open and run our brand-new community pub.

    This is more than just running a bar — it is about building a space that fosters community cohesion and engagement, as well as economic success.

    You’ll be experienced in wet sales and bar cellar work, and you will work closely with GCDA’s existing team to shape the systems, the team, and the programme — from pulling pints and booking pop-ups, to forging local partnerships and ensuring everyone is welcome.

    What we are looking for:
    • Someone who enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
    • With a knowledge of creating inclusive, welcoming spaces.
    • Has a good knowledge of Southeast London.
    • An experienced bar / pub manager.
