  • The Business Development Coordinator is an entry-level role for someone early in their career who wants to build a foundation in B2B sales and commercial partnerships, aligned with Amplify Goods’ sustainability and social mission.

This role offers hands-on training and close mentorship from the founders, with growing responsibility for nurturing our growth and impact, pipeline support and account management as skills and confidence develop, while representing Amplify Goods’ purpose-led brand out in the world!

    About Amplify Goods

Amplify Goods is a UK certified, women-owned and majority intersectional social enterprise. We manufacture suds and scent products designed for circularity and Net Zero whilst offering a work experience programme for those often excluded from work opportunities. Our mission is to redefine suds and scents for our collective future: pushing the boundaries of product design while softening our footprint on the planet and strengthening our handprint in communities.

Our three ranges, Amplify Goods, SUDZERØ, and re:mind, span compostable sponges to powder-to-foam handwash with LCA-verified 84%+ carbon savings versus liquid soap. The majority of our products are quality controlled, assembled, labelled, finished, packed and shipped from our workshop, where we create stepping-stone paid work experience for people facing barriers to employment, including people with disabilities, homeless people, prison leavers, victims of domestic abuse, and refugees.

We’ve certified over £1 million in social value using the MeasureUp methodology, which was independently reviewed and verified, and supported 27 individuals into opportunities to date. As a social enterprise we cap profits extracted, with £0 extracted as profits to date and a commitment to reinvest over 50% of profits into initiatives such as our ‘Quiet Changemakers’ programme supporting those at the intersection of climate action and mental health.

We believe commercial growth and systems change are mutually reinforcing. Read more at www.amplifygoods.org.
