Non-Executive Board Director
Resonance is seeking two purpose-driven Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) to join our Board and help shape our mission of delivering lasting social impact through investment.
We are particularly keen to hear from individuals with expertise in residential property or digital transformation who can bring fresh insight, strategic rigour, and governance expertise.
As a NED, you will:
– Provide independent oversight, strategic counsel
– Champion our mission, values & social impact goals
– Ensure strong governance & compliance
– Support long-term strategy & partnerships
– Contribute to sub-committees
Location: UK (remote with some travel)
Remuneration: £4,100 per annum (+£1,025 per sub-group)
Term: 4 years, renewable
