Partner Relationship Manager

  • Moneyline is a not-for-profit lender transforming the way people excluded from mainstream financial services access credit. We are a dynamic, fast-paced organisation that is looking for someone who is passionate about financial inclusion and can inspire others with this passion.

    You will be responsible for managing the relationship with key partnerships to ensure they create tangible and positive outcomes for both organisations. Our partnerships are diverse and include Housing Associations, Advice Agencies, Credit Unions, Charities and Commercial Lenders.

    Key Responsibilities include:
    – Build and maintain relationships with our partners
    – Create actionable outcomes from partner relationships that align to the organisational goals
    – Be a brand ambassador for the organisation including attending conferences and financial inclusion groups
    – Work across departments to ensure processes work for both our organisation and partner organisations where required
    – Maintain the stakeholder map for the organisation

    Essential Skills and Experience:
    – Ability to story tell and deliver key messages in innovative and impactful ways
    – Experience in partnership management, business development or relationship management
    – Great communication and interpersonal skills
    – A relationship builder who is confident with people at all levels
    – Someone who can work independently, with strong organisational skills
    – An understanding of financial inclusion, community development or social impact is helpful, but not essential
