Breadwinners
Join Breadwinners as our Part-Time Strategic Partnerships Lead (Corporate & Major Donor Fundraising) and play a key role in helping more young refugees and people seeking asylum build successful futures through work, training, and mentoring.
Working closely with the CEO, you will lead the growth of our corporate and major donor income, developing strategic partnerships that generate sustainable funding and create meaningful opportunities for our young people. You will identify, secure, and steward high-value corporate and philanthropic relationships while helping shape our long-term fundraising strategy.
Beyond fundraising, you will work with corporate partners to create employment pathways, volunteering opportunities, and employability training for Breadwinners graduates, collaborating closely with our COO, Programme Managers, Trustees, and wider team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, multi-award-winning social enterprise at a pivotal stage of growth. The role is part-time (0.5 FTE) with strong potential to grow into a full-time leadership position as income targets are achieved.
