Cafe Supervisor

The role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual, for an exciting opportunity at our café, located in Marylebone, London.

The Café Supervisor will provide exceptional learning opportunities for people with a learning disability, whilst being responsible for the management and performance of the cafe. As part of this role, you will be training catering tasks such as barista skills, customer service and culinary skills. You will work as part of a dynamic team to provide a professional service, delivering high quality food.

Please note: This is a permanent, full-time position.  Working days are Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ideally, previous experience of being a café supervisor for minimum two years

• Level 2 food safety certificate
• Level 2 health and safety certificate
• Food allergens certificate
• Previous experience of working with people with learning disabilities, is preferred
• Evidence of having an organised, patient manner
• Evidence of excellent customer service
• Culinary Experience
