The UK Social Enterprise Awards
The Festival of Hope
Each year, the UK Social Enterprise Awards shine a powerful spotlight on the pioneering organisations transforming lives and communities across the country.
Across 15 categories, the Awards recognise celebrating the makers, the entrepenuers, the community builders, the job creators, the radicals, and the dreamers who make up the social enterprise movement.
The 2025 event took place at the Queen Elizabeth Hall at the Southbank Centre, with this national landmark being transformed into a festival of all things social enterprise – A Festival of Hope!
Applications for the UK Social Enterprise Awards 2026 will open in the Spring
Meet our 2025 winners
Joy, unity, hope and resistance – these were the themes of the Festival of Hope, and this year’s winners really showed how these attributes are at the heart of the social enterprise movement.
From creating life-changing jobs for people experiencing homelessness or leaving prison to supporting those affected by conflict, delivering people-powered public services to breaking down barriers of access – these businesses show the power of social enterprises to take on some of the biggest challenges we face, and doing so in a way which is innovative, entrepreneurial and rooted in communities.
