Fiona is a BA (Hons), University of Kent in Social Policy, is a qualified Social Enterprise Business advisor (ILM accredited VRQ level 5) and in the use of Social Impact Measurement tools (ILM accredited VRQ level 5).  Fiona is also a Fundraising Manager accredited by the Institute of Fundraising.  She was a director of Focus to Work CIC (over 200 staff), which ran seven catering outlets, a construction company, a training company and a social enterprise consultancy service. Focus to Work provided real work for people with a range of disadvantage.  She was chair of Sunlight Social Enterprises CIC and a trustee of Sunlight Development Trust for ten years.

She has extensive knowledge of structure and governance issues and has advised medium and small enterprises on business planning, constitutional issues and legal procedures. She also has considerable experience in estates management.

Fiona has successfully bid for funding from many sources including: Big Lottery Fund, Trusts, European funding and Government sources.  She has played a key role in successful tenders for contracts with Job Centre Plus and Learning Skills Council. | 020 3589 4956
