These reports use our 2019 State of Social Enterprise survey data to explore distinctions in each of England’s nine regions. The reports paint a picture of the social enterprise community in each region compared to the national average. They also present SOSE findings by region which includes the sectors social enterprises work in, who they employ, turnover, start-up rates and the key challenges they face. The data also covers social enterprises as employers, analyzing issues such as diversity, employee engagement and pay.
