Coaching Service Compliance Administrator
Full time: 37 hours
Starting salary: £17,000 per annum rising to £18,000 following a successful three month probationary period
Work base: Eastern Way, Bury St Edmunds

Do you want to be in at the start of something amazing? You have a great opportunity to shape and build an exciting new county-wide coaching service providing personalised health, wellbeing, employability and skills support to vulnerable adults. 

You will share our ethos that adults with disabilities are enabled to use their voice by choosing and regulating their own support towards independence and wellbeing, with employment as a realistic goal. You will be part of a team delivering a collaborative, holistic and integrated coaching service that provides opportunities for individuals to work towards their own identified goals.

Your commitment to providing a friendly and people-focussed service is an essential ingredient to us. Yes, you will be organised in your administrative work and ‘attention to detail’ will be one of your key skills. It is your engaging personality, ability to remain calm whilst juggling priorities and understanding the importance of working as a team that will be integral to the success of this service.
