Work Well Suffolk Coaching Team

We want to put together the best team of people across Suffolk; engaging, motivated and innovative professionals who will deliver a bespoke, holistic and integrated coaching service for adults with disabilities and health conditions to improve their quality of life, independence and provide opportunities for progression into sustainable employment, where appropriate. This will be achieved through building and sustaining relationships with existing health and local government professionals as well as community organisations, learning/training providers and employers. The service will be focused on vulnerable adults with autism, mental health issues, learning difficulties and other barriers to work.
We are recruiting for the following position:
Coaching Service Central Administrator (1 x 37 hour post. A job share will be considered)
Starting salary: £17,000 per annum rising to £18,000 following a successful three – month probationary period.
Work base: Bury St Edmunds
The Central Administrator role for this service will provide a full range of administrative support to the Coaching Service Manager in the successful planning and delivery of the Work Well Suffolk Coaching Service. This will include
- Collating and analysing summary data from across the county team to inform internal and external reporting requirements.
- Monitoring and tracking documentary evidence uploaded across the county ensuring it complies with robust quality and funding requirements.
- Liaising with participants, team members, partner organisations and other stakeholders
- Supporting the Manager with effective diary management and the overarching co-ordination of the county-wide service
