Starting salary: £22,950 per annum rising to £24,300 following a successful three month probationary period
Do you want to be in at the start of something amazing? You have a great opportunity to shape and build an exciting new county-wide coaching service providing personalised health, wellbeing, employability and skills support to vulnerable adults.
You will share our ethos that adults with disabilities are enabled to use their voice by choosing and regulating their own support towards independence and wellbeing, with employment as a realistic goal. You will be part of a team delivering a collaborative, holistic and integrated coaching service that provides opportunities for individuals to work towards their own identified goals.
Your experience in developing trusted relationships with vulnerable adults that promotes choice and control will chime with us. You will have knowledge of the health, skills and wellbeing organisations in your local area and understand how to engage with statutory and referring agencies in order to promote the service and provide active guidance that supports individual aspirations. You’ll also be working with the wider team of Realise Futures who will support you to do the right thing for your participants.”
Please Note: Access to your own transport is essential as working from multiple locations on the same day may be involved and public transport will not allow you to fulfil the required travelling for these posts.
