We’re looking for a project manager who is passionate about both producing impactful video content and inspiring video workshops.

What is Chocolate Films?

Chocolate Films produces video content for the arts, charity, healthcare and corporate sectors, with an exciting and inspiring client list. We’ve been running as a social enterprise for 20 years and use profits to support a wide range of filmmaking experiences for children, young people and vulnerable adults. This is an exciting time to be at Chocolate Films, as we are preparing to move into our new purpose-built studio space in Nine Elms in 2022.

What does the job entail:

This is a wide-ranging job that includes:

Managing projects from inception to delivery.

You’ll be developing client relationships and ensuring that all work is delivered to brief, on budget and on time. You’ll be creatively engaged – suggesting ideas, and having opinions on scripts and outputs. You’ll be active in briefing internal teams and monitoring all stages of projects. You’ll be working on many projects simultaneously.

Business Development

You’ll be writing and pitching proposals for new video projects and workshops. You’ll actively maintain relationships with clients and look for new clients. And you’ll work with the wider team to generate awareness of your projects.

We’d like experience (2 years minimum) in a similar role. If you have transferable skills and experience then please make sure you explain this in your cover letter.

RATE: £27,500 – 31,000 pa depending on experience + 20 days holidays

Duration: Permanent full time position (with an initial 6 month trial/ probation period)

Regular working week Monday to Friday 9am – 6.00pm, but flexibility essential.

The job will be based in London, and for the probationary period, you’ll be expected to work from the office. Following the probationary period, there will be opportunities to work remotely.
