Leading the operational delivery strand of our organisation this role will drive through and set standards, create the vision for operational delivery, and deliver results aligned to our priorities for Safety, Sales and Service.
This post will provide the inspirational leadership, vision and challenge to the Operational Divisions to deliver. This role has primary accountability for the “Front of House” operational B2B and B2C activities.
You will ideally have experience of operating successfully as a Chief Operating Officer or Director, in a multisite (10+ venues) and £50m turnover organisation, in which you can demonstrate providing the highest service levels to support a diverse product portfolio with a commercial focus.
As an effective leader with excellent influencing skills, you will have the experience to deputise for the CEO, you will be highly customer centric and be independently minded and capable of making tough decisions. Directly managing a skilled team, you will be a business leader and comfortable in an environment requiring quick decision making, market responsiveness and an “action centric” style. You will contribute to strategic decisions on how the business operates, ensure effective planning, and put in place the operational support needed to ensure continued growth and success.
Salary: £100,000 + per annum plus benefits.
