We are leading, award-winning social enterprise delivering a range of programmes and services to our clients in the public and private sectors in London and the South East. Our aim is to help people and places to thrive and we’re now looking for a People and Operations Assistant to help us deliver our mission.

This is new position to work closely together with our newly appointed Head of People & Business Support. The role is designed to cover a range of activities enabling and supporting the business to succeed in its objectives.

As People & Operations Assistant, you’ll be the face and voice of Renaisi internally and externally. To succeed in this role you will need to be highly organised and adaptable, with a real desire to support the creation of a healthy working culture.

This position forms a pivotal role in supporting various objectives and stakeholders, including:

  • Our new Head of People & Business Support, via people operations and business administration. You could be interviewing and onboarding new staff explaining our policy for corporate social responsibility days or any other benefits to the team or updating a company policy to reflect new legislation.
  • The Renaisi Directors, via administration and office management, which includes board meetings and our various contracts such as IT, telephony, cleaning and office maintenance.
  • The wider Renaisi team, via answering first level HR queries and processes, timely answers make all the difference to wellbeing.
  • Our Suppliers/clients and beneficiaries, via being the face and voice of Renaisi, this would include being the point of contact for Renaisi externally as well as internally.

You would spend your day working on a range of activities, including:

  • Assisting us to manage various people related processes, such as: interviews, onboarding, and reviews.
  • Act as a focal point of contact for business support queries internally and externally to maintain a good working environment for the business. This will involve assisting with HR, quality assurance, property and leading general office operations.
  • Maintain a good understanding of issues involving the Directors, and Head of Business Support, to support their activities where required. Support the Head of People & Business
  • Support with development, upkeep, and communication of company policies and information and much more..
