Patricia is a former investment banker and is co-founder and Director of the Black Funding Network and Extend Ventures. With a significant track record in advising and championing social enterprises’ access to responsible investment, Patricia is committed to using her expertise to help confront and resolve the serious challenges that remain in equity, diversity and inclusion in the social investment, philanthropic and charitable sectors.  

Patricia is committed to diversifying access to finance for Black and ethnic minority entrepreneurs, helping to fund Black-led social change organisations and to driving systemic change that will significantly further the move to profit for purpose.

An accomplished business leader with extensive strategic senior leadership experience as well as hands on management experience in the financial services, responsible investment, infrastructure, education, arts and culture sectors, Patricia is expert at building partnerships between industry, funders, policy makers, NGOs and non-profit organisations.
