We’re a small social enterprise film agency looking for a collaborative and friendly Office Manager to be the glue that holds us together, helping everything running smoothly as we grow at a fantastic rate!

About Mediorite: Mediorite is an award winning social enterprise selling film and photography services and delivering free training and work experience to a diverse group of young Londoners who want a creative career. Every job we do creates paid assisting work for a young creative who’s risen through our programs. 

We’ve delivered films and photo shoots for marketing leading corporates and charities from PwC and Children’s Society to Goodyear Tires.

You: a highly organised individual with real work place experience who can bring knowledge and expertise to help us run our office, you’ll get excited about improving systems and processes to drive efficiency and free up time for our small team to focus on delivery.   • Office Management - helping us make our new office an environment where people can thrive. You’ll be making sure our house is in order, that everyone has what they need to be successful and we become a more efficient business
  • Production support - help implement and test new pre production processes (Trello, GDrive) that cover preparing production documents (such as risk assessments, permissions and permits) and how we share with teams. Picking up the slack and creating the documents if needed.
  • Account handling to support Director – answering the phone to our largest corporate client and helping us trial CRM systems to create notes to drive business understanding.
  • HR - welcome and onboard new employees; support with an HR process overhaul; (holiday & sickness tracking, weekly worksheets, etc.)
  • Managing office junior – managing a Business Admin input of monitoring and evaluation from our training programs, update expenses, software and hardware inventory tracking and subscription management.
