Who are we?

Enable2 Community Interest Company was set up as a Social Enterprise in 2011 formerly a team within an NHS organisation. Its aim is to provide a quality assured interpreting service to both public and private sector clients.

We want to pass on the inspiration embedded within our company values: integrity, social return and enablement, by investing in our people, as well as society. We know that interpreting can transform lives so we have an annual budget dedicated to providing the vital interpreting and translation services where they are most needed in UK communities. Everyone at Enable2 directly contributes to this important work. It is our ability to be one of the most human, personal providers of interpreting services within the industry that enables us to enable others. It’s also what makes us special and inspiring to work with.

In the 7 years we have been a social enterprise, we have seen our service delivery increase dramatically and subsequently our turnover has increased by 350% to support a wide range of clients.

Customer satisfaction is high and we are keen to take advantage of new technologies and innovative working practices to improve our service further.
