Brief job description:
To do this you will:

  • Be the leader of a collaborative, open and forward-thinking finance team
  • Drive awareness of the company’s financial position (cashflow, stock, P&L, margins, debtors
    and creditors) and work with teams to prevent issues
  • Own our Purpose P&L inputs and the narrative for the team and external stakeholders.
  • Own all risk, audit and internal control operations
  • Prepare accessible timely and detailed reports on financial performance
  • Ensure financial compliance and internal understanding of any frameworks – managing
    governance and policies
  • Steward finances in line with the business plan, P&L and cashflow
  • Deliver performance insights to identify areas for operating model efficiencies
  • Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system – we currently use Xero
  • New market, channel and product analysis and due diligence on investment opportunities
