About the event
Taking a step back from your daily work is more critical than ever with back to back Zoom/Teams calls stealing every moment of time on your diary.
This workshop, hosted by Andrew Brisbin, Allia’s Director of Ventures, will provide you with an overview of systems thinking, examples of systems thinking at work in social enterprise, and a practical hands on exercise to reflect on your work and impact.
This workshop will last two hours and provide you with a strong foundation in systems thinking application for your mission.
About Andrew Brisbin
Andrew Brisbin is the Director of Ventures at Allia where the team works with social enterprises, charities and liked minded organisations every day to amplify their impact. With his experience working in both the start-up and social enterprise ecosystem, Andrew seeks to build on best practices that can be shared across sectors to transform society for good.
