Full Description of Event:
What does it mean to be an LGBTQ+ person working in the impact sector and how can we drive organisational change to shape more inclusive working practices?

Join us for a free webinar on the history of LGBTQ+ working rights in the UK and the role of LGBTQ+ people in the impact space. Hosted by Yeme Onoabhagbe, Head of Student Outcomes at King’s College London and Organiser at Bi Pride UK, the event is for anyone looking to learn more about the experiences of LGBTQ+ people working in the impact sector and ways, (purpose-driven) organisations can embrace and formalise diversity and inclusion.

Our diverse panel of speakers will be sharing their personal experiences as LGBTQ+ people in the workplace and will be considering how the impact sector can support this community. We will also be discussing the importance of organisational culture and steps we all can take to make our workplaces more inclusive.

To transform our economy, we need diverse talent working at all levels in inclusive, purpose-driven organisations. Join us for an interesting discussion!
