  • You must be able to deliver a comprehensive and effective HR service throughout St Helena and to outside agencies for managers, employees and volunteers
    Build effective relationships with services and service leaders and provide advice on a full range of employee relations, Policy and HR issues
    You will shape the future of the HR service provision, through delivery of HR strategic objectives, enabling the HR department to play a key role in organisational development and achievement
    You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative function of the HR department and ensuring all documentation is completed professionally, accurately and within agreed service level agreements
    You will hold joint responsibility with the Head of HR and the Performance and Staff Developmental Officer for driving the Information Governance (IG) agenda, as well as ensuring that staff have access to appropriate and up to date guidance on GDPR guideline and regulation
