    Are you an experienced marketeer and communicator with a passion to drive forward a group dedicated to supporting those children most in need?

    The Complete Education Solution (TCES) are seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to fill a vital senior role in the commercial team. You will drive the TCES brand locally and nationally, developing strong stakeholder awareness and a positive perception of TCES’s unique and competitive positioning within the SEND arena.

    The successful candidate will have experience of managing a marketing team, and possess strong skills across all key areas, including digital strategies, collateral production, design, internal staff communication, running external campaigns – including PR and thought leadership working with the TCES CEO and Founder – building and engaging audiences and managing social media.

    You will manage a small team and work closely with the Business Development Manager (and team) to meet targets around student numbers across all five of our schools and services,

    We are looking for:

    • 5+ years marketing experience in a people related organisation, ideally education, health, public sector or charity. This should include direct line management of marketing team members.
    • Experience of working in children’s SEND or adult disability services.
    • Proven success in leading and delivering marketing campaigns, including on a national scale.
    • Direct experience and knowledge of developing social and digital media campaigns and building audiences.
    • Knowledge and experience of using graphics packages such as Adobe, Publisher or similar to produce creative and professional materials.
    • Commercial awareness and how marketing fits within the business and growth strategy.
    • Understanding of SEND and the impact on families (desirable).
