Job description

Impact Hub King’s Cross is expanding its core team, following series of successful years, and is looking for an energetic and highly motivated General Administrator to join our core team. This is a great opportunity for someone with the ability to assist on both financial and general operations management and delivery and who wishes to develop her/his hands on experience within the social enterprise sector.

The General Administrator will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the businesses’ financial processes and reporting in liaison with our outsourced book-keepers/accountants, under the supervision of the MD. The successful candidate will report to the MD and also energetically support the Operations Manager and their team to add value to the experience of our members and space users.

This is a full-time role 37.5 hours per week (excluding 30 minute daily break). Usual hours are 9am-5pm but some flexibility may be required from time to time. This is a renewable 12 month contract with a 3 month probation period.
