Day 1 - Cornwall

The Eden Project - an educational charity and social enterprise, creates gardens, exhibitions, art, events, experiences and projects that explore how people can work together and with nature towards a better future.

You can also check out community business, the Jubilee Pool in Penzance, an Art Deco lido on the Promenade!

Day 2 - Plymouth

Devonport Guildhall and Column date from the 1820s and are open to the public to visit as well as a venue for conferences, events, weddings and entertainment. You can download a free audio tour and discover life almost 200 years ago, or climb the 137 spiral steps of Devonport Column and enjoy stunning panoramic views across Plymouth, the Sound, Dartmoor and Cornwall! 

You can also visit the Column Bakehouse! As Plymouth’s only social enterprise bakery, Column Bakehouse uses the production of delicious, organic, honestly baked bread to support a range of employment and community based projects across the city. Pop into their café at Devonport Guildhall, or their Café and Stores at Royal William yard to pick up a freshly baked loaf, stay a little longer and enjoy a tasty, wholesome lunch, or a delicious coffee and a piece of cake. 

Day 3 - Bournemouth 

ALTITUDE High Ropes Adventure is a great outdoor activity for kids, families, birthday parties, schools and team building events; an outdoor aerial challenge that’s great fun, gets you active and builds confidence. They are part of BH Live, the south coast's leading operator of leisure and event venues; a social enterprise that designs and builds engaging experiences to inspire people and enrich lives that operate 17 venues and attractions across the south of England.

Day 4 - Lyndhurst

Furzey Gardens is a social enterprise of Minstead Trust. The gardens are open to the public throughout the summer and visitors can enjoy exploring secret paths through our informal woodland Garden. The Gardens also hold a secret, there are around 35 fairy doors to discover, hidden throughout the gardens.

Furzey Gardens and the plant nursery on site offer opportunities for people with learning disabilities to work in the gardens and learn horticultural skills.
