** MESSAGE FROM OUR CHIEF EXECUTIVE – 7 APRIL** – An update from Peter Holbrook following our latest meeting with Government

Covid-19 (Coronavirus) is already having an impact on businesses across the country and social enterprises are no exception. We know these next few months are going to be ones of uncertainty and fear and we want to let you know that we are here to support you in whatever way we can.

We certainly do not have all the answers and we are entering unchartered territory for everyone, but we will ensure that we are doing all we can to be there for the social enterprise community. We’re here to offer and signpost towards practical support and also ensure that your voice is not ignored by Government.

This page will be updated as often as possible with the latest news and resources to help us collectively get through the coming days. We will be organising webinars with sector leaders sharing their own thoughts on issues from HR to finance and will be looking at other ways to enable our community to support each other. You can find out more about our plans for supporting the sector in this webinar

Please do let us know the issues you are facing and your concerns. We’re working hard to make sure social enterprises get the support they need until this crisis is finally over. We’ve set up this email address for you to get in touch with us –

Given the current situation we’ve implemented a remote working policy over the coming weeks. The best way to contact us for more general enquiries is to email For membership related queries get in touch at
