Job description  

As a Consultant (Creative Pathways) you will deliver and, when required, lead activities, contributing to the growth of RIO’s social impact and the overall development of the business with a focus on Internships and work placements as part of our role as partner in the Cultivator programme. You will develop and deliver bespoke consultancy programmes, co-produced with groups of young people for businesses from the Arts and Cultural sector with the goal of providing business support and identifying career pathway opportunities. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering challenge-based learning sessions with diverse groups of young people and creative businesses, facilitate workshops and support sessions with groups of young people to prepare them for work placements and internships, and carrying out high quality research into the creative sector in Cornwall to identify opportunities for Internship placements.
