Salary: circa. £80,000 per annum (depending on experience)

CLARITY is a not-for-profit organisation with a long history of empowering people with disabilities to build skills, confidence and independence. We manufacture and market a range of quality soaps and toiletries under two core brands – CLARITY and The Soap Co. The more products we sell, the more people with disabilities we can train and employ. We have multiple routes to market, different income streams, strong product brands, a loyal consumer base and a blossoming business client base. We have ambitious plans for the future and are looking for a new Chief Executive to take the organisation to the next level.

You will report to a committed Board of Trustees and work closely with the small, highly motivated management team which is informal, open to new ideas and passionate about doing good. In this role you will be pivotal in shaping and developing the future of the organisation and ensuring that we can increase the social benefits we provide.
