Nature & scope of role

Objectives & purpose of role (success criteria)

• To drive qualified sales pipeline, measured by number of opportunities and closed deals
• To build Ninety’s brand into a known and trusted digital transformation partner
• To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Ninety’s sales efforts

Duties / key responsibilities

• To develop account insight on target accounts and their decision makers
• To build an engaged community of senior decision makers
• To ensure target account attendance at Ninety events and webinars
• To follow-up marketing efforts to book discovery meetings with warm prospects
• To attend industry events to meet and introduce Ninety to senior decision makers
• To call, email, use LinkedIn and otherwise connect with target decision makers to book meetings for
senior Ninety staff
• To help qualify accounts and opportunities through discovery meetings and research
• To keep Ninety’s CRM well structured, up-to-date and useful for reporting and task management

Required experience and competence

• Self-motivated and targets-driven
• Confident and friendly phone manner
• Track record of success in booking meetings and hitting targets
• Experience dealing with senior executives at large companies
• 1-3 years experience in a sales, recruiting or account management role, requiring regular email,
LinkedIn and phone communication
• Knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry is a bonus
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and technology platforms is a bonus
