“Breathing Well – Pathways for Respiratory Health”
Mid and South Essex is a success regime STP, they hope to use their involvement in the Building Health Partnerships: Self-care programme to:
- Focus on self-care in the respiratory care pathway, working with carers, people living with respiratory problems and those working with children and young people.
First Partnership Session
The group has refined its focus to examine the role of self-care in the respiratory care pathway. Their first full partnership session took place on the 11th September, to see the notes and actions from the day please click here. Second Partnership Session
The second partnership session took place on 10 November and allowed participants to build on the learning from the first session and decide on action plans going forward. Key action points can be read here. Slides from the session are also available to download.
Third Partnership Session
On the 21st of February, the Mid and South Essex Partnership held its third Building Health Partnerships Meeting at the at Audley Mills in Rayleigh. The session was attended by representatives from voluntary and community organisations, local authorities and the NHS from across the Sustainability and Transformation Partnership area. The workshop was designed to build upon what came out of the first and second partnership sessions (and Core Group meetings to date. The partnership has been working across 3 projects: Prevention, Diagnosis and Empowerment.
Fourth Partnership Session
Mid and South Essex held a smaller partnership meeting on the 20th of April 2018. You can read an overview of the work here.
