“A Good Life in Old Age”

Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) STP intend to use the Building Health Partnerships: Self-care programme to focus on:

  • Scaling up approaches with VCSE and citizens to co-design pilots on social prescribing, supported self-care, long term-conditions and mental health.

Following BNSSG’s first full partnership session in July 2017 the group’s focus is developing to explore:

  • How the STP can engage with large, medium and micro organisations. Investigating what is needed to create a viable (integral) partner offer to the self-care/prevention priorities (including hospitals) with consistent impact measures, sharing indicators for success and recognising and valuing wellbeing as an impact in itself.

For more information on the work undertaken by this area read their case study here.
