Course on 4 consecutive Tuesdays 5.30pm – 7pm, starting Tuesday 17th October

Mindfulness has grown beyond being what some may have seen as a fad, to becoming a recognised, scientifically verified tool for improving mental wellbeing and our quality of life.

Andy will take you through a progressive four-week course that will introduce you to the fundamentals of mindfulness, establishing a daily practice and most importantly how to integrate mindfulness into a busy lifestyle.

This course brought to you via Impact Hub Kings Cross and the Lightning Fast Foundation will:

- Provide lots of practical tips for stress relief, focus, emotional resilience and becoming a better listener.
- Help you to develop and deepen your capacity to rest and regenerate a sense of wellbeing.
- Include interactive exercises to make learning Mindfulness a fun and accessible experience.
- Give you a whole toolbox of techniques to help you transform your daily experience of life.

Beginners and those with some experience of mindfulness are welcome. Each session lasts 90 minutes.
