Caroline Borge, Senior Press Officer
Caroline comes from a journalism background, and was until 2007 an associate producer at ABC News in the U.S. She worked primarily for longform programming and won a News Emmy for an hour she co-produced about children growing up in poverty in America.

Pauline Milligan, Programme Manager (Ambassadors programme)
Pauline joined the Coalition after five years working for the overseas aid agency, CAFOD. She spent three years developing a new programme of activities with celebrity and high profile supporters, and two years organising fundraising and promotional events.

Saline Moore, Development Manager BAME Networks
Saline has done extensive research and study in the fields of small business and ethnic minorities at the University of Birmingham and is SFEDI (Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative) accredited. She also has business advisory experience from her previous role as a BAME specialist advisor. Outside of work, Saline is involved in and leads women's and community groups.
