This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a dynamic and busy communications team. You willbe responsible for supporting the Director of Communications and Marketing, promoting the work ofthe Coalition, managing key risks and supporting the development of an effective communicationsand PR strategy.

As well as having previous experience of managing a broad-based communications function youshould also be able to effectively manage budgets and external contracts. Your flair for oral andwritten communication and ability to prioritise will be important for this demanding role, as will yourexcellent networking skills.

Finance and Human Resources Officer

Social Enterprise Coalition 

Salary £26,223 - £31,338 pa

London

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our Finance and Human Resources functions. Within Human Resources, you will ensure policies and documents are kept up-to-date, support the recruitment process and maintain accurate records. The Finance element of your role will include assisting with developing policies and procedures, implementing ideas for efficency and cost saving measures and general bookkeeping duties.

As well as having a background in providing HR support, you should also have expertise in bookkeeping and financial accounting systems. An AAT qualification is desirable, but you should at least be studying towards this level, and have the ability to work independently in this busy and demanding role.
